The scoville scale is a scale based on the hotness of a chilli pepper

5. How dose it work
The number of Scoville Heat Units (SHU) in a pepper or even hot sauce indicates the amount of capsaicin present. The higher the Scoville rating, the hotter the pepper.
Aim - To see which is the best way to cool down the hot chilli taste in your mouth when eating chilli.
Hypothesis. I think that by using milk i will be able to remove the hot chilli taste from my mouth.
